We have been experiencing some glitches with the new credit card processing on the secure order form page.  It does not affect everyone but we are having more orders declined than should be happening.  We believe it is either due to the new security measures that are in place to prevent fraud or it is due to some unknown programming errors that have been plaguing us for the past several weeks since we got approval to use our new biller.  In any case, we are working as quickly as possible to resolve these problems and we appreciate your patience as we get rid of the bugs!  We emphasize that these problems do NOT affect most customers but we apologize for the frustration to those who have been affected.

We have been quiet for quite a while now.  We have not been sure what would happen with Patches Place because we lost the ability to process credit card charges back in early October and this is the method most customers use to pay for their orders.  This problem has affected not only us but also Wet Set, Hightide, and a number of other video producers who use the Ozbill system to enter their orders.  It was starting to look like we might have to go out of business!

However, as of February 24, 2014 we are able to process charges made to Visa credit cards.  We expect to be able to process charges to Mastercard within a couple of weeks.  We are excited to announce that we will remain open and hope to stay in business for a long time!

Now that our future is no longer in question, we expect to add more video titles very soon.  We have held back in offering new titles because of our uncertain future while products could not be ordered with a credit card.  We expect to offer new DVD titles from Sneaky Pee and Hightide later this week.  As soon as we can notify other video producers we represent that we can take credit card orders again for their DVDs, we will be adding them also to our growing catalog of video offerings.  Stay tuned and visit often because the rest of 2014 should be a great year for watersports lovers who are looking for the best content for their entertainment and enjoyment!
